REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping at aviefabrics.co.uk. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our returns policy below:
1. Returns Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, uncut, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Fabric remnants and customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
2. Initiating a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customer-service@aviefabrics.co.uk with your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
- Ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
4. Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Avie Fabrics reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights and complies with UK consumer regulations.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Orders for Custom printed fabrics CAN NOT be cancelled or returned.
The fabrics will be thoroughly checked for any flaws before dispatch.
Rarely fabrics might have slight imperfections including, bot not limited to, a smudge, colour fleck, white fleck, tiny hole or blemish on the fabric or along the selvage.
If these flaws affect less than 5% of the total area of the fabric we won’t be offering a refund or discount.
If the fabric has flaws affecting more than 5% of the total area or faulty we will offer you a partial refund or offer a reprint where possible.
Please get in touch with us within 14 days of receipt of your order at aviefabrics@gmail.com if there is any issue with your fabric.
